Today we disembark on the west coast of Sicily and we go to the discovery of Trapani. Between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Sicilian channel, at the end of the city we meet one of the oldest towers, the Ligny tower. Entering the heart of the town we admire its cathedral, the cathedral of San Lorenzo, where paintings by Van Dyck are kept inside. Continuing we meet the Anime Sante del Purgatorio Church, the Sanctuary of Santa Maria Annunziata, the Basilica sanctuary of Maria Santissima Annunziata, better known as the 'Madonna di Trapani' and the Church of the Jesuit college, a classic example of Sicilian Baroque, designed by Messina.
