A beautiful excursion in Alta Badia

Alta Badia is one of the most beautiful areas of Trentino-Alto Adige thanks to its wonderful mountain landscapes and rich flora. This video shows an interesting itinerary to follow to visit the most evocative places in this area. Starting from the town of Badia, take the chairlift for a while until you reach the splendid lake of Lech Dlà Lé. Then take the chairlift back to reach the Santa Croce Refuge which is located at 2045 meters above sea level. You then cross a path that leads to the Snow Cave. This is formed by the digging of a stream created by the melting of the snow in the hottest periods and is an obligatory stop for all hikers who visit Alta Badia. Then continue along the path that crosses the magnificent Armentara meadows until you reach the Ranch da André. Here you can refresh yourself by eating some typical traditional dishes and you can observe some nice animals. Finally it goes down again to Badia.
