Not included in the price: •cleaning kitchenette, if not done by the client, 50 Euro; •towels and linens kitchen not included and not provided; •heating, when necessary; maximum 15 Euro per day per apartment. Reservations and Payments

At the time of confirming the reservation, the guest must make a down-payment of 30% of the total cost of the stay. Payment may be made by: •PAYPAL
