The Masseria Sparano is an ancient farmhouse nestled in the olive groves of the family Shoot where organic farming is practised in experimental form for nearly two decades. The company is home to indigenous donkeys kept in a Grove, in the wild. The structure, where since 1997 practice agritourism activities, has recently obtained, from the Campania region, the recognition of educational farm which is devoted to high-quality productions that are practiced, rewarded since 1870 by the Chamber of Commerce and Handicrafts.
