In the middle of Salento, Otranto area, very close to the sea. The B&B Masseria 12 Granai is a construction fortified in the 19th century, situated in the countryside just outside Minervino di Lecce (a 5 minute walk), 7 km from the beach and only 20 minutes drive from Otranto. The structure, approximately 1000 square meters, is surrounded by an ancient wall with a spacious court and is named after the 12 underground grains. It was rebuilt in 2008 respecting the original building materials and the original style. It offers accommodation in 7 single, double and quadruple (with a mezzanine).
