Masseria Celentano is an old '600 completely restored recently farmhouse to make it a high end resort, which wants to preserve intact the capacity to enjoy simple and refined pleasures of rural life. Located in the heart of the Tavoliere, it retains its charm and the signs of a more than two centuries long history. The style of the farm is written on the vaults of the rooms, the wooden beams of attics, in large brick fireplace that dominates the dining room. Each stone was carefully restored and what was lost over time was replaced with the same materials in use in the seventeenth.
