I renovated the old grandmother's and his large family house, where I was born, trying to preserve its charm. The Residence has 5 apartments of various sizes, all modernly functional: kitchen with refrigerator, oven, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, tv. All external balconies in all rooms. The area is very central, peaceful and quiet; within walking distance to everything, beaches at 10 minutes.
