We are located in Bettona, in the heart of Umbria. This village, enclosed by its walls, is located on the border with the Martani Mountains, a suggestive place, among the most beautiful villages in Italy. Rich in historical and cultural treasures, it offers a breathtaking view, given the position on a hill, sheltered by its walls which partly date back to Etruscan times, even if the air you breathe is medieval, starting right from the wooden door of the entrance to the village, the Porta Santa Caterina. The most interesting architectures are Palazzetto del Podestà, from 1371, the Biancalana Palace from the 19th century, where the Archaeological Museum and the Baglioni Palace are located. The Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, on the other hand, is one of the oldest and most famous places of worship, today in a neoclassical style it was built at the dawn of Christianity. The Municipal Art Gallery in Piazza Cavour. Furthermore, the city is full of events and manifestations, such as the patron saint's day in May, Bettona under the stars in June and July, with music, dancing and typical cuisine.
