We are on the north coast of Sicily, in the province of Palermo, in Termini Imerese, enclosed between Monte San Calogero and the sea, is a city of Greek origins rich in history and culture. Its name is historically linked to an ancient spa complex, of which we can still admire the remains today, was Himera founded by the Greeks in 648 BC. C. According to the myth, these baths were founded by the nymphs to please Athena and Hercules. The Forum, the curia, the amphitheater, the port and the aqueduct date back to Roman times. In the Norman era, however, it was a royal city.
