The Festival of the painted wall in Quarna di Sopra.

Every year in April, mural painters from all over the world come to the country to paint the houses. Hundreds of people intrigued by the Fesival are guided, by the artists themselves, to learn about the paintings of the previous and new editions. The result is astonishing both from an impressionistic and a communal point of view. Like a family, painters live together and paint houses, inhabiting them with ideas and hopes. In fact, the drawings touched upon many themes, both social and environmental. In Quarna there are hiking trails for everyone, such as the Monte Muzzicone ring or the path to the Belvedere, which in a five-minute walk allows you to admire a beautiful view of the lake. The Community has continued on the path of opening having allowed the Dutch Yossum to build an innovative Yoga center dedicated to meditation. Two churches of the '500 can be visited, of which stands out for its particularity, that of the Madonna del Pero, name due to the presence of a centuries-old fruit tree in the square.
