(Litorale Romano)
Genre: culture   nature   useful information

The Roman coast is a geographical area similar to the Lazio coast, which overlooks the central Tyrrhenian Sea and is included in the province of Rome, from Civitavecchia to Nettuno. It mainly has a sandy coast, has a different nature, including rocks, algae and pebbles. The video offers ten beaches belonging to this coast: in tenth place, we find Cala Fonte, on the island of Ponza, while at the ninth place Cala Nave, on the island of Ventotene. In eighth place, Chiaia di Luna, which takes its name from its crescent moon shape. In seventh and sixth place we find Spiaggia di Serapo and 300 Scalini, both in Gaeta, while on the fifth there are the Caves of Nerone, which are located in Anzio. In fourth place, the beach of pebbles in Minturno sheltered by the Monte d'Oro and Monte di Scauri. In the first three places we find respectively the Dunes of Sabaudia, the Beach of Torre Astura, and Cala del Porto in Palmarola, a cove of pebbles mixed with sand whose sea is crystalline, transparent and cobalt blue, perfect for swimming.
