Arenzano is a charming town of about 11,000 inhabitants a few kilometers from Genoa, on the Ligurian Riviera. Popular summer tourist destination, Arenzano does not lose its charm even in spring. Recommended are its beaches where you can swim or simply sunbathe lulled by the sound of the waves. Or you can take a pleasant walk from the historic center to the beach. Lovers of culture and art, on the other hand, cannot miss the Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague founded in 1905 by the religious order of the Discalced Carmelites inside which there is a refined permanent artistic nativity scene which is considered one of the most beautiful in the region. The statue of the Infant Jesus of Prague on the main altar is also of great quality. Finally, an obligatory stop for those who love nature is the park of Villa Negrotto Cambiaso where there are numerous species of plants and animals such as splendid peacocks.
