The Dolomites of Val Gardena

Val Gardena is located in Trentino Alto Adige, and is considered part of Ladinia due to its proximity to it. It is an alpine valley in the Dolomites, a set of mountain groups south of the Alpine chain. The author of the video has selected several images and videos that emphasize the natural aspect of this place: in addition to the impressive mountain ranges, there is a lot of flora, a large expanse of greenery far from urbanization. The video, in addition to being very suggestive, is proposed as a short guide, a list of different stages to be covered: first of all the Sella Group, which appears to be covered in snow. Subsequently, the Alpe di Siusi appears, where in the midst of unspoiled nature, it is possible to see several houses, but the Sciliar Group and the Puez-Odle Group, mainly rocky, are not least. The Sassolungo Group is located between the provinces of Trento and Bolzano, and is a small group that hosts many towers and buttresses. Sassopiatto is the highest peak of the group, and takes its name from its structure: the mountain is configured as flat on one side, and very steep on the other.
