Discovering Belvedere di Spinello

Belvedere di Spinello is a small town in the province of Crotone. As we can see from the images it is surrounded by a wonderful landscape, this is because it is located in the center of the Neto Valley. The first thing that catches our eyes from the first minutes of the video is the Sanctuary of Santa Madia della Scala, inside which we can admire the splendid statue of the Madonna. The building dates back to 1700 but was restored in 1800 and surrounded by a wonderful and huge park which hosts numerous events during the year. In addition to the charming historic center and the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Scala, it is also possible to admire the Church of the Holy Trinity, also built around 1700 and subsequently restored. The building has a single nave and inside it houses a wonderful and very ancient painting, it is also estimated to be from the 18th century and depicts the Holy Trinity. Finally we can admire the Church of San Salvatore which represents the oldest structure in the town, think that it was built before 1700. Obviously, in addition to the buildings that retain their historical importance, we cannot fail to grasp the beauty of the valley that surrounds the town, unspoiled nature definitely to be explored with excursions or simple walks.
