Taormina: a trip to one of the terrestrial paradises of Sicily, together with Isola Bella and Castelmola

Taormina is one of the most famous Messina towns in Italy and in the world. It is a tourist destination of great prestige and beauty, also frequented by many well-known personalities of the past and present. It is famous not only for the sea but for the many monuments and places of historical interest. It was also an important stop on the Grand Tour. Taormina is very small but full of charm. Last stop the town of Castelmola located above Taormina, in the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy. A typically tourist vocation, the village offers beautiful views, historical remains such as those of the Norman castle, and breathtaking nature. Do not forget a specialty of the village: almond wine.
