For lovers of the sea, Cattolica

Today we are in Cattolica, in the province of Rimini. Here, life has always revolved around its seafaring tradition, we immediately notice in fact, the ancient fishermen's houses and the large port, full of boats full of nets. The new dock now houses about two hundred ships of considerable size. We then reach the main square of Cattolica, Piazza Primo Maggio, renamed by the inhabitants as Piazza delle Sirene, in honor of the imposing fountain located in the center. At the end of the 1980s the square was transformed into a sort of 'garden city', full of fountains and basins, which have definitively made it the real pride of the city. We cannot miss the visit to the Aquarium: a moment to take a journey by navigating its oceans and be enchanted by sharks, otters, jellyfish and other countless creatures: the underwater journey of the largest aquarium in Andria. The city offers numerous fish-based dishes, especially the catch of the day and is the typical destination both for those who want to spend a romantic weekend, and for families with children.
