Energy trail.

The path, designed for children, is almost flat and equipped, 4.5 km long, with wooden games and educational panels. It is indicated with the num. 107 and begins in la Magdeleine, in Valtournanche. Walking through the meadows and through groves, children learn how to hike with the attractions that they gradually encounter. In the panels, the types and sources of renewable energy, such as wind or geothermal, are explained in simple words and drawings. Once you reach Chamois, you can have lunch and visit the town with a thousand balconies dripping with geranium flowers. From here you can continue by cable car, costing 6 euros round trip, to Lake Lod where a beautiful mountain environment awaits us. Walking around the lake, with the path suitable even for children, you can admire the view of the Matterhorn and the surrounding meadow covered with mountain flowers. Receptive structures can offer you excellent meals on the outdoor terraces and overlooking the lake. Staying in la Magdeleine, located at 1650 m, you can visit the eight mills, located on the path between Brengon and Clou.
