Arbus, Costa Verde

We are in Sardinia, on the Costa Verde, a set of boundless beaches and imposing cliffs, sand deserts and dunes that descend for more than a kilometer straight towards the splendid sea. In the background the Mediterranean scrub, where you can easily meet the Sardinian deer and its centuries-old junipers. Spontaneous and familiar welcome where you can meet the Sardinian lifestyle. For surfers this area becomes paradise in spring. The beach is so isolated that even the Caretta turtle lays its eggs there, along Piscinas and Scivi. It should be emphasized that it is also a destination for industrial archeology enthusiasts. Arbus is located on a ridge of Mount Linas, renowned for its black sheep, from which traditional Sardinian cheeses and milk are obtained. The typical Sardinian switchblade, the Arburesa, is also made here. Rich in religious structures dating back to 1500 and civil architectures such as Montegranatico, a building used, in the past as a grain bank, and the Immaculate Conception square where the most important monuments of the city overlook.
