Italy in the glass is a format that was born in Gambettola and which, however, wishes to embrace the entire Italian territory. It was conceived by Luca Casadei, who placed the focus on the production of quality wine. Every year Italy in the glass Day takes place, a moment of meeting and conviviality in which various wineries from various Italian regions participate. What unites the different realities is the search for a quality product. Many of the wineries present in fact operate in the organic sector; all are looking for the maximum environmental sustainability for a niche but highly refined production. Italy in the glass Day is therefore the moment in which producers meet distributors, but also customers, who are very careful about what they buy. There are therefore tastings that concern the best of the Italian wine and brewing tradition. The Italia nel vetro association itself also operates as a distribution channel in order to give maximum visibility to the excellence of the territory.
