The path is never too long if you have a friend by your side

The path leads to the mountains overlooking Lake Iseo, projecting the gaze beyond the mirror of water that shines from the mountain frame. A friend will join the tour, giving us contentment and strength. We reach Sergnana di Provezza, climbing the easy road that runs alongside family vineyards, small cottages and groves. The view opens onto the Ferrante, Presolana and Corna Trentapassi mountains. The path steepens in the slope, but the promise is kept, as soon as you reach the summit in Maruss, an excellent viewpoint of the snow-capped peaks of Golem, Punta Amana and Punta dell'orto. We continue at high altitude, with some leaps in altitude around 1000 m, and we also conquer the locality of Corna del Creilì which opens up a different perspective on the Monti Alto, Branzone, Madonna del Corno. An abandoned olive tree thick with hanging and bizarre branches from the lack of pruning gives us olives, already softened by the long maturation and, with the booty, we go down to the ruin of the Castle of Provaglio. Two large oaks embrace each other with the bridge of branches that stands out against the blue sky. We still go down among the vineyards of Franciacorta and towards the waters of the lake, up to the stone houses of Bettole di Camignone.
