Trento and surroundings

Trento is a mountain town in Trentino Alto Adige. It is a charming and organized city, both in terms of local quality of life and for tourists and is immersed in the Alps with wonderful naturalistic sceneries. Trento lends itself as a green city for excursions in the mountains, special routes but not only for nature, in fact, you can enjoy excellent cuisine, with ancient and tasty culinary traditions but also known for its culture. In recent years it has won the best quality of life in Italy, offering tourism, greenery and culture. A first stop to do is definitely the Mocheni valley, where there are still 2000 people who speak an ancient and unique language in the world. The inhabitants remain attached to the old traditions. It is very curious to visit this area surrounded by greenery and rich in such particular traditions. A specialty of this area are the straboi a typical dessert.
